− Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the Japanese restaurant. Food is just subpar and service is bad.

− Wir wurden um 2 Uhr Nachts aus dem Schlaf gerissen weil paar betrunkene Gäste und auswärtige eine Party gefeiert haben. Das war bereits vor zwei Jahren der Fall. Das Hotel hat erst reagiert nachdem wir nach 10 Minuten uns mehrmals beschwert hatten. War leider keine erholsame Nacht - insbesondere weil wir früh raus mussten. Beim Frühstück Eier Softboiled oder runny zu erhalten hat sie vor eine Herausforderung gestellt. Nicht nur wir sondern Reihenweise Tische haben retourniert und neue verlangt. Für ein solches Hotel etwas merkwürdig. Das Badezimmer bietet wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten

10.0Everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and very comfortable, and every detail throughout the property reflected the highest standards. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Milanya and Reem for thier outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. Staff made us feel truly at home. We can't wait to come back!
