6.0The hotel and room looked beautiful and the staff were very friendly.
− Whilst the place looked beautiful there were several issues with our room during our three night stay. The shower water was dangerously hot and could not be adjusted. The tap in the wash basin was broken and came off. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. Then on the last day of our stay the toilet did not flush. The door to the terrace would not lock which we thought was a security issue. Finally the wifi did not work. Staff said it was an Apple problem and tried to fix it unsuccessfully.

Staff make you feel special
10.0We returned for our last night in Sri Lanka after starting our trip at Zylan and were looking forward to our return. The staff are great, love the coffee and breakfast and a huge shout out to Thanuja for the best coffee we had in Sri Lanka and looking after us so well.
