The location was good. The breakfast was pretty lean.

− The sink was extremely slow to drain and the shower mechanism was about ready to fall off.

− There were ants in the room, mold on the shower ceiling, fan in the bathroom didn't work, curtains didn't close all the way, security deposit was almost as much as the room fee, and toilet would constantly run. Not a great experience.

Could be alot better.

No variety at breakfast. Very slow front desk personel, no housekeeping to clean my room during my 5 day stay. Very disappointing.

− How often my room was cleaned. At no time did I tell front desk to not clean my room. Not happy with front desk staff, could be friendlier.

Enjoyable stay. It was quiet, safe and good value for money.

We did not enjoy anything about this property. We were looking for an inexpensive place to simply sleep and meet basic hygiene needs, and this place was completely unable to provide even that. Not one outlet in our room worked, the entire place (including our room) smelled like cigarette smoke, and the fridge in our room did not work-we had a long day and bought ourselves dinner before arriving at this place. We paid over $50 for a good meal, thinking we could store the leftovers for the next day, since the room came with a fridge. That was our mistake, because not one outlet worked and the fridge didn’t work. We ended up moving the fridge all over the room to different outlets and it didn’t work at all. We are wedding coordinators (on the side-we have other full time employment) and this spoiled the food we had for the next day, so we had to replace it. As a wedding coordinator, nothing is more important than our phones to communicate throughout the day, but we couldn’t charge them because the outlets didn’t work. We brought these problems up to the front desk person the next morning and she told us it “wasn’t her problem because we booked the room online” I was very upset and told her to have a manager call us, as we were wedding coordinators and needed to leave immediately. Nobody has contacted me and she was beyond rude. We didn’t have charged phones, we couldn’t make a coffee, and we ended up being late to our job because we didn’t realize our phones weren’t charging (they started off charging and stopped shortly after we fell asleep), and it was honestly in my nearly 36 years on this planet (and I have travelled the world to many places, including China, Africa, Australia, Gibraltar, Mexico, all over the states, England, and so much more) the worst experience I have EVER had staying somewhere. Do NOT waste your money. We went in expecting nothing but bare necessities and somehow didn’t even get those……
