6.0I paid for a deluxe room, got to the room and the bathroom was a mess due to faulty plumbing from the sink and toilet seat was also broken. Someone was called to fix the problem but only made it worse. Intead of being moved to a similar room i paid for, i was moved to an inferior room with the promise it would be changed the morning after but no one did anything until i had to check out. I have stayed here in the past but my recent experience was an unpleasant one to say the least. Overall, the maintainance of this property is on the decline and whoever is in charge of supervising the general management has to be more demanding.

8.0Although, I was disappointed I was not provide iron and ironing board as listed online, I do like the hotel and will come back.

2.0There were discrepancies with what was advertised and the hotel offering. Although the hotel made up for the shortfall, it might be advicable to renegotiate engagement with the establishment and probably update the information provided on the app.
