− No es que no me gustó pero si el ingreso al hotel es un poco estrecho y vas si tu auto es un poco grande.

7.0Los ambientes de las cabañas me hicieron contactarme con la naturaleza..
− La carta de comida bastante limitada. Se demoran mucho em servirlos y poco agradables. Los cócteles no eran ricos. Sugeriría que no ingresen niños ya que no hay ambientes de juegos para ellos. La infraestructura del hospedaje esta hecho mas para adultos. En las habitaciones ayudaría un poco mas de iluminación.

5.0La bodega en sí, pero en los cuartos no hay ni internet ni televisión.
− El personal no estaba en los lugares, usualmente tenia que ir a buscar a alguien para que nos atienda, ya sea en el restauarante principal, recepción. En los cuartos no hay televisión, ni wifi. Como Lunahuana es un lugar tranquilo, te aburres facilmente en la noche, ya que tampoco tienen actividades nocturnas.
