8.0Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, das uns bei allen Fragen jederzeit weitergeholfen hat. Die Terrasse war wunderschön und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
− Die Sauberkeit könnte an einigen Stellen noch etwas verbessert werden. Die Duschbrause hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert und in der Dusche war etwas Schimmel vorhanden

9.0施設について / About the property フローレス島の湖畔に位置しており、湖から吹く風が心地よく感じられます。フローレス島は徒歩で一周できるほど小さな島なので、島内のどこへ行くにも便利な立地です。 1階のレストランは、ホテル内のレストランとしてはリーズナブルで、料理もおいしかったです。 Wi-Fiの速度も良好で、快適に利用できました。 The hotel is located by the lake on Flores Island, where you can enjoy the pleasant breeze coming off the water. As Flores is small enough to explore entirely on foot, the hotel is conveniently located for getting anywhere on the island. The restaurant on the ground floor is reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant, and the food was also very good. The Wi-Fi speed was good and the connection worked well during my stay. 部屋について / About the room テラス付きのツインルームをおすすめします。部屋の前が広々としたテラスになっており、開放感があって、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。テラスにはソファも設置されており、くつろぎながら過ごすことができます。 I recommend booking the twin room with a terrace. The spacious terrace directly outside the room creates an open and relaxing atmosphere. There is also a sofa on the terrace, making it a pleasant place to sit and unwind. スタッフについて / About the staff スタッフは愛想が良く、親切に対応してくれました。ティカル遺跡へのツアーも手配してもらえるため、観光の際にも便利です。 The staff are friendly and helpful. They can also arrange tours to the Tikal ruins, which is very convenient for sightseeing.
− 私がおすすめするテラス付きツインルームは、日本式の数え方では4階に位置しています。建物の構造上やむを得ないとは思いますが、エレベーターがないため、重い荷物を持っている方や階段の利用が難しい方は注意が必要です。 シャワーについては、お湯の温度と水圧が改善されると、さらに快適に滞在できると思います。 The twin room with a terrace that I recommend is located on the third floor above the ground floor—equivalent to the fourth floor in Japan. There is no elevator, which is understandable given the building’s structure, but guests with heavy luggage or difficulty using stairs should keep this in mind. The shower could be improved in terms of both water temperature and pressure, which would make the stay even more comfortable.
