Staff was awful and the lady was rude.

The owners are drug dealers. There was drug deals going on in the parking lot. The rooms where filthy and bed sheets look like a dog was in the bed. Hair everywhere. Inless prostitution was going on and rented the room by the hour. Supposed to have clean towels but looks like a mechanic used them to clean grease with. Toilet seat was falling off. Bathroom mirrors where handle see your self because it’s so old. They needed to be up graded. The staff that was helping us when we got there she supposed to be 8 months pregnant but looked like 4 months pregnant because of drugs. I felt sorry for her. That she got in that mess. The window screen are worn out and that whole place is very unsafe.

Towels were very raggedy and had stains. Comforter was ripped with cloth coming out. Women’s hair found in bed and shower. Shower rusty and moulded ceiling ceilings. It’s kind of what you expect for paying a very cheap motel but it definitely needs some work

I've been coming here for about 40 years, It was the Capri long ago like the restaurant in the parking lot. On a whim I tried another placed down the street and wasn't satisfied so I checked out and immediately came back to the Budget. This place is an old friend and I'm sorry I didn't just come here first. This isn't the ritz, it's a working mans stop! Its not for everyone, I've read the reviews. The iconic Capri diner is just steps from your room. Thank you @ Budget Inn for being there when I come through town! Mike C.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had at Budget Inn Boise. I booked through Expedia months in advance for two nights, two adults, two Queen Beds at a confirmed rate of $137.60. When I arrived around 2 a.m., the front desk could not find my reservation, took over an hour to check me in, and then charged me $140 for just one night. On top of that, the room only had one bed, forcing my other guest to sleep on the couch. The next morning, another employee admitted the mistake but refused to correct it, claimed he didn’t know how to process refunds, and demanded another $90 if I wanted to stay the second night. They also improperly charged my deposit instead of holding it, and the extra charge has still not been refunded. When I asked for the owner’s contact information, the staff refused to provide it. This hotel is unprofessional, dishonest, and does not honor confirmed reservations. I was forced to leave and pay for another hotel at more than double the cost because they would not fix their mistake. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this property. Also, a friend of mine showed videos to me of what looked like hidden cameras in the room and bathroom
