− I didn’t like how it all started when I checked in staff gave me a key to a room that was already rented and once I got to get a room it wasn’t very pleasant I didn’t bother to direct the issue because my colleagues had rooms that also wasn’t pleasant and the cost had already been debited off my card

− I only rented the room for the pool, and the pool was closed. Which could have been mentioned before booking.
Very unsatisfactory
2.0− The room smelled awful of cigarettes. And the pool wasn’t working which was as very disappointing!
