7.0The location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable
− I was disappointed on arrival as I felt the photos when I booked did not represent the villa I stayed in, from the photos I also thought there was more than 1 pool. There only pool is overlooked by the restaurant and bar which I wasn't comfortable using. The bathroom was like a sauna and no aircon in there, also only a huge rain showerhead up high so a nightmare for washing your hair. The bedroom was still pretty warm even with the aircon on 18 degrees 24/7, often it felt cooler outside. I didn't have this issue at any of my other accommodation in Bali. No free bottled water to use only to purchase, there was water in a carafe in the fridge but I only trust bottled water which was freely given at the other 2 places I stayed in Bali
