− First the staff is rude as hell .. the room didn't have the walk n shower like it shows n the pictures my toilet seat fell off on me and I hit the floor it was a whole mess and the breakfast wasn't what it was supposed to be smh will not be coming back
will never stay again

− the elevator was down and had to walk 4 floors more than once no hot water on the second day and couldn't whoer
