Zimmer gebucht aber nicht bekommen

Zimmer gebucht und telefonisch eine späte Anreise vereinbart. Offenbar hatte aber jemand anderes den Schlüssel aus dem Kasten genommen und somit das für mich vorgesehene Zimmer gehabt. Ich musste mir dann in der Nacht kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Insofern nicht

Das Zimmer war großzügig, das Bad sehr modern, das Frühstück etwas karg. Für kurze Aufenthalte sehr gut geeignet - wir waren insgesamt zufrieden!
