FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
10.0We stayed in Solvang in July. Everyone we encountered at the resort was so friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the cleaners around the buiding. We originally booked a studio through RCI but our daugter decided to join at the last minute. We asked to upgrade when we got there but there was nothing avaible. We talked to the manager and he worked on it for days trying to accomodate us. He found us a one bedroom the day before she arrived and immediatly notified us so we could switch. Then did not even charge us for the upgrade. We so appreciated his willingness to help us and then it was a bonus to not to have to pay the extra. We had a great visit in the area. SO centrally located. We went to SLO and Santa Barbara as well as fun things around Solvang. AND an added bonus was there was no sales pitch which we have encountered at many places we have exchanged.
