8.0湯畑には面してませんが、徒歩で4〜5分と近く，夜のライトアップも見に行きました。 夕飯は、食べきれないくらい品数あり、満腹。上州牛のすき焼き，しゃぶしゃぶどちらも美味しかったです。

8.0スタッフの人は優しいが、説明が少し足りない感じがある。 エレベーターから遠い部屋だったが清潔で広く居心地がよかった。 温泉温度が高く、子供が入れない。お風呂が何個かあったが、温度が低いひとつのお風呂にみんなが入っていた。

8.0自転車乗に親切でロビーにに入れずに置かせてくれて客室へのそのままでの持ち込みもOKだった。 ホテル自体は改装したのか新しくキレイだった。ただ客室の設備が古いままで特に使える100Vのコンセントが冷蔵庫と併用の１つのみだった。

2.0Website and pictures do not show how the hotel really is. It’s false advertising the rooms smelled like old, the shower room was discolored and disgusting. Food was not great. Onsen is older looking and does not appear like the pictures. Not worth all the money we paid. The lobby is beautiful and looks like it will be fancy but it’s run down and old.
