7.0The property is very near to all business establishments.
− They were not responsive here on Booking.com. This trip was for our 10th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to make a special request.. which I completely understood might come with an additional charge—through the app’s private messaging feature. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which was disappointing, especially for such a meaningful occasion.
Needs improvement
4.0Bathroom issue. Super hard to push the flush in the toilet. The shower is cold even after adjusting. Front desk says I have to wait for 5 minutes before it will give warm shower. And its 10 minutes but only the slightest of warm you can feel. Even feels like regular room temp.
I left the room twice to have it cleaned and it didn’t get done. Missed having a sleep because I left the room. Maybe la
