A great locationp
8.0Great location near the Cherry Festival and Clinch Beach....all within easy walking distance.
− Parking is all valet parking and you are charged $18 per day for parking on top of what you tip the attendants.
Not recommend for a holiday weekend
2.0Location was good.
− For the amount we paid we were highly dissatisfied. Two nights and we couldn’t even get room service after even speaking to the lady saying we would be out in 10 minutes. So we called later that evening for extra towels. The hotel didn’t staff employees properly, people included ourselves weren’t able to get breakfast because she was “ by herself” and wouldn’t be able to get to us. Rooftop was slammed with no service at the table anymore only QR code with limited options for food, they blocked off only a very small portion of hotel guest so it was impossible to get a table. Also staying at the hotel and still paying and tipping valet ? Overall pretty upset about the whole experience and will not return. We did let the staff at the front desk know as well and recommended we contact booking for some type of compensation.
First trip to traverse city made even more enjoyable in this hotel.

3.0− My room was under the rooftop bar/restaurant. No one ever mentioned the DJ playing EDM until 12:00am. My room was pounding. also at checkout I had valet get my car, they just left it in the driveway, was hoping for help with my luggage but it was never offered. Restaurant and bar under staffed,
I would stay here again, no question.
9.0The room was well put together. Nice amenities and super clean. The location was exceptional, right on the water and across from a marina.
