Beautiful resort, but the rooms do not live up to the same standard.
3.0The resort has beautiful landscaping and common areas, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
− However, the room quality did not match the price or what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. We booked a Villa Suite with Terrace which I believe is only one category below the hotel’s highest room type , but the room we received looked different from the photos and appeared to be a lower room category. There was no sofa as shown, and the bathroom had a cheap-looking shower curtain instead of the glass enclosure pictured. This caused the entire bathroom floor to become wet after taking a shower. The overall finishing and interior materials also felt so cheap, and the soundproofing was poor—we could clearly hear guests upstairs during our stay. The hotel really should invest more in the quality of its guest room interiors to truly meet 5-star standards, rather than focusing mainly on landscaping and common areas designed primarily for photo opportunities.

10.0Really enjoyed the resort's facilities and the buffet breakfast. Staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Hien, Hoang and Hoa, who all looked after my daughter and I during our recent stay at the resort. They went out of their way to help and were very good at anticipating anything we might need.

9.0i must say a sensational breakfast everyone enjoyed👍 my garden bungalow room was spacious and bright eith a bslcony. the fitness center not as nice as previous ownership lovely gardens not close to old town 15-20 min walk. no shuttle service to town or beach any longer.
