Although a bit old, with a touch of dinginess that could benefit with some updating and better cleaning, overall it was comfortable and quiet. Good for the local business traveler.

Very cozy and quaint. I spent very little time at the location because it was close to the things I wanted to do. I did notice that the remote didn't work for AC/heater or for the TV. Once I was settled in and figured out the parking (we had 4 cars trying to use 3 parking places) there was no problem. There was a light bulb out when I first arrived but they came and fixed it immediately. The neighborhood was quite most every night and I felt safe in the location. I did notice that the reviews listed were not just for the room I had but was for all the property.

Arrived at 4pm for check in. The guest house was not cleaned after last guests. Called the owner, she was very confused about my arrival, wasn't expecting us and/or unsure of the date in general. Asked us to leave so she could clean the place. We had to kill time for close to 4 hours after a long drive. I did not hear from her so i texted to ask if the place was clean. She was very matter of fact, no apology, just called back and let us know it was ready and gave me instructions of my needing to replace the mat in the kitchen after the floor dried. The place is not as nice as the pictures; run down, very few ammenities. Bring your own hair dryer, ladies. No smoke detector or fire extinguisher. The TV has a couple local channels that come in fuzzy. No DVD player. I could go on and on but I do not recommend.
