9.0Gillian is always welcoming its like staying in a friends home. Location for an event at the open air theatre is perfect. If you want something just ask. Love you can help yourself to teas and coffee for your room.

an inexpensive place to stay but great value for money
8.0I loved the willingness to meet my arrival time needs and I cannot. speak too highly of the breakfast server she brightens up the room with a lovely friendly attitude
− there was some excessive street noise with people arguing in the street and early morning traffic. but thats not the fault of the hosts. The bed could have been a little softer from my preference

− We were on the second floor quite a few steps to deal with back home we live in a bungalow.
Clean and comfortable
10.0Lovely B & B with Comfortable beds & all you need in the rooms. Good shower with soap & moisturiser. Gillian is very accommodating & cooks a great breakfast. She is always on hand for any questions. Good location for a 5 min walk to the OAT & beach & 15 min walk into town & the SJT theatre. Would definitely be staying again.
