1.0Nothing. This was the most unprofessional hotel I stayed in and it was so overpriced that I stopped using Booking and scheduled for my next holiday using another service.(which stopped me from getting scammed like my Italy trip )
− Reception desk is rude and unprofessional. I only came to Rome for Bernini and missed the Bernini Barberini exhibition because the hotel staff argued and sent my blood pressure through the roof. They got angry at the cleaning lady and me for asking for sheet change. They expected us to roll in and sleep in wet sheets at night! They didn’t even have proper duvet covers just folded blanket in sheets which makes for a very unhygienic situation since all the guests skin touch the same blankets! I got hives on my legs because of this place and had to see a doctor and use steroid cream! They gave us the worst room that wasn’t even properly cleaned or maintained. The room wasn’t maintained so the walls and the shower was dirty.(not the cleaning lady’s fault they need to fix the bathroom and paint the walls)

8.0Pros: location, size of room, the lady receptionist was kind and helpful, the cleanliness, breakfast, all very good for a 3* hotel.
− Cons: no towel hangers or shelf in bathroom, no soap holder in shower. These cost pennies and it is unclear why they are missing. The alley leading to the hotel is dark and unfriendly at night.
Perfect stay in Rome
9.0We stayed in the annexe building, and it was lovely. The location is perfect with everything you need, right outside the building. Great restaurants and bars, and Piazza Navona is at the end of the pedestrian street. Our room was clean and modern and had good air-conditioning, which was much needed in August.
− We didn’t dislike anything. The room is on the second floor, and the elevator doesn't stop on that floor. We found that if you go to level 2 in the lift, you can walk down half a flight of stairs, and you will arrive at the apartment entrance. It's much easier than walking up after a long day exploring.
