Excellent Choice
10.0The staff at this property is excellent. We needed extra pillows and a bathrobe which were immediately delivered. The restaurant East and the rooftop restaurant have very good food and service. Special thanks to the lady that checked us in and the concierge Veronica who had balloons and a birthday treat in the room upon our arrival. The valet staff is also excellent. The location is good and within walking distance of many places. If I returned to Montreal I would stay here again.

8.0Great lobby, decent restaurants and nice terrace. Rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location is right downtown, but not convenient to the old city tourist attractions. Very convenient for jazz festival however. Service at the hotel was very good.
Never again. Don't waste your time and money!
2.0We went there for breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, we had to wait in line for nearly 15 minutes. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it took about 10 minutes to arrive. The eggs had barely any hollandaise sauce and were completely lacking in flavor. Overall, both the service and the food quality were very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.
