1.0− We arrived to the hotel - owner informed us that the gave out our room despite having a reservation because "people dont come often". We arrived at 15:30, and the room was gone already. didnt even aplogise and I had to ask for the booking to be cancelled for a free cancellation. horrible and unprofessional
Worst hotel I've been to.

− Worst experience ever. Rooms are dirty and tiny. Pictures are absolutely misleading. Our room and bathroom were full of mould. Bathroom dirty. Dryer cable hanging in the bathroom is used up and uninsulated causing a real danger of electrocution. Room feels dirty and damp with weird smell (after 2 nights our clothes smelled really badly). The conditions were so bad that even though we had still 2 nights left we decided to move to another hotel. Check reviews on google - plenty od guests sharing similar stories of horrible experiences.

7.0Friendly and accomodating staff. I didn’t get the room booked for 3 beds . But after expressing my concern , we were given two rooms which was a really good outcome

Our stay was great because our host Mr. Yigit and family did go out of their way to assist us.
10.0We have breakfast at an other location arrange by Mr. Yigit and it was awesome very well prepared. They really paid attention to details and was always checking making sure we do not miss anything, advising us on what we could do throughout our stay. Some services they offer was priceless, going way above our expectation

− - Short beds in the two rooms I stayed in (double and twins bedrooms). They do not specify the size of the bed (I am 180 cm tall, my feet were flying out of the bed). - The rooms were disgusting; they don’t even clean them between guests. I found the floors dirty, the toilet in the second room had feces in it, there was hair everywhere, and something sticky on the piece of furniture where I placed my belongings... - Mold in the shower; not cleaned properly. - The rooms are much smaller than described in booking. - I’m sure I got bed bug bites on my foot... - The emergency staircase was covered in trash and traces of animal feces.
Foarte dezamagiti!
1.0− Cand am ajuns la locatie , eu am rezervat 4 camere , iei mi-au oferit doua camere in locatie si doua camere in alta locatie ( adica alt hotel), iar parcare nu au avut deloc, iar in descriere pe Boking scria ca ofera parcare. Am fost foarte dezamagiti de locatie.
