Amazing stay
10.0I brought my son for the week (3 years old) from NY and had an amazing time. The pool is great for beginner swimmers as there’s no sudden slope. The staff- I was blown away. MGMT, Front desk, housekeeping you gotta see the way they run this place.! I extended my stay as my flight was canceled. We were able to go to the Disney parks which was about 15-25 min away. I wasn’t aware of parking fees which was a little rough when renting a car. Great location- Walgreens Italian 711 Starbucks RIGHT across st and Starbucks in hotel lobby. Overall every dollar spent was so worth it. The pricing is fair, the team is attentive & patient and over all happy to be there. That’s always nice. Everyone was so kind to my son and no one gave us a hard time for losing my key card numerous time. Thanks for the patience and hospitality’s! Be back soon!

Overall my stay at this suite was pleasant what I tell you again, yes
8.0The pool is plus and it’s open till 10pm and the flamingo bar as well. The complementary breakfast every morning with the mickey mouse waffles
− One aspect that I found unsatisfactory about the property is the nightly parking fee of $17, which should be complimentary. Additionally, any charges made to the room were processed via credit card on file without my prior authorization. Fortunately, I had blocked the transaction and paid upon checkout. Upon arrival, I was charged an additional $20 per night, which was refunded within 7 to 10 business days upon checkout. On Tuesday, the housekeeper entered my room failed to vacuum the rug. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, leaving only clean towels and a neatly made bed. Furthermore, a large black garbage bag was left in my room near the television.
