6.0While we knew the hotel is located outside of Pai town, we unfortunately had problems when the property did not have mopeds available to rent as advertised, which for a rural property we assumed there would be enough for all guests. This meant walking 45 mins to get into town along a busy road, which is not lit at night. As for our stay, the room was very clean and spacious and a large, comfortable bed with two pillows each. The host was very friendly and helpful when asked via text. Unfortunately room service was missed twice although requested, and it was a shame there was no one available on site to help. When we checked in, a child came to give the keys, but didn’t speak much English so it was difficult to ask questions. Dogs barking at night was not ideal, but otherwise a quiet resort.

10.0Really great property that is close to the main part of town if you have a motorbike. Excellent for backpackers on a budget that are also looking for a private and intimate space. However it was hard to locate hotel staff at times as the lobby area was pretty much abandoned.
