Staff was friendly & helpful .food was amazing

− There was a crook in the bath tub outside but they quickly cleaned it.

− Pulizia molto scadente Personale poco professionale, quello che mi ha portato su le valigie con espressione intimidatoria mi ha chiesto due volte i soldi per aver portato in camera le valigie. Mancano le tende oscuranti in camera e alle 6:30 ti devi svegliare perché c’è una luce in camera che non ti permette di dormire La sveglia comunque la fanno i corvi che dall’alba fanno un rumore assordante. Comunque alle 7:30 arriva uno sparo (probabilmente per far allontanare i corvi) talmente forte che ti viene un mezzo infarto. Direi assolutamente da non ripetere l’esperienza

Food and drinks and location was good , the staff were also friendly and welcoming.

− The Suites could do with a refurbishment. Specifically the the rattan blinds and the wooden floor could do with a cut and polish Didn’t like the fact that guests got into the pool in their day clothes.
