Ok to stay if you need a 5 star hotel nearer to town. But we will stay else where in Kuantan for vacation.
7.0Near to town, shopping complexes.
− The lifts are not maintained properly as we couldn’t go to level 4 where the pools and gyms are. When we complained to front desk they told us that we didn’t touch the access cards properly until we brought the staffs to the lifts themselves then only they admitted the access cards were faulty. Our bathroom room has this cigarette’s smells. The front desk staffs look stressful and hardly smiles.
