Bungled booking
4.0Tried to check in hotel had no record of my booking. I called hotels.com and eventually got a call back. I was concerned that if I paid for a room that I would get charged twice for the same room. The hotel manager was great. He gave me the room and wouldn't take payment for it until this is fixed. I am not very happy with hotels.com service

10.0We were impressed with how cute the property was when we arrived. The manager gave us the ability to view and pick from two room options. Rooms weren’t large, but they were clean and comfortable. When others staying in the same unit opened or closed their doors, we could feel it shake our room. That was common throughout the various hotels we stayed at during our road trip. It didn’t bother us, but it might be a concern for some. One thing to be aware of is that this property’s reservation system doesn’t update the property immediately. If you book on your to the inns, you may need to be patient while they wait for your reservation to come through.
