− Chuveiro estava fraco péssimo e não esquentava . Jogo de cama sem um disponibilizar edredom . Estacionamento pequeno 3 vagas e estreito ( embora que por gentileza da recepcionista ela permitiu que ficasse na garagem )

− As instalações não são muito boas. Contudo, é um bom custo benefício.

− Pra entrar e sair precisa de liberação das recepcionistas porém nunca estão no balcão e o atendimento e sempre enrolado.
