Misleidende informatie en belachelijk duur - te vermijden
1.0− Op Booking staat duidelijk bij de antwoorden van de uitbater op de vragen dat er 1,5 uur wellness is inbegrepen. Dit bleek bij aankomst toch niet het geval te zijn. “Oude informatie”, volgens de eigenaars. Maar blijkbaar niet de moeite om dat te laten verwijderen op Booking… Een handig “trucje” om gasten te lokken obv foute info? Voor dat anderhalf uur wellness zouden we plots nog eens 100 euro extra moeten hebben betaald voor een tijdslot om 8u30 ‘s morgens. Voor 200 euro (excl wellness!) voor een nacht zonder ontbijt hadden we dan wel een veel beter hotel op een leukere locatie geboekt. Bedroevend, zeker omdat de uitbaters ook geen enkele moeite deden om hier ook maar iets aan te doen, integendeel. Puur bedrog en dus te vermijden!
