An amazing rainforest experience for all the family
8.0Amazing location with wonderful wildlife and friendly staff. Rebecca and Brandon’s tours on the boat and within the grounds were amazing. They are so knowledgeable about the animals and environment and made the stay unforgettable. Do not miss these tours to see the animals you would not spot on your own. We learned so much and loved seeing the cappuccino monkeys, lizards, so many types of frogs and beautiful birds. We also appreciated the variety of food for children - pasta station was a big hit! Great cocktails enjoyed too!

7.0Le personnel est très aimable et serviable! L'expérience Tortuguero reste quelque chose d'exceptionnel ! Nous nous sentons très chanceux d'avoir pu la vivre et voir tout ce que nous avons pu voir.
− Certains points d'hygiène, notamment dans la salle d'eau, mériteraient davantage de soins. Le confort de la literie n'est évidemment pas celui de chez soi ; mais cela reste un voyage d'aventure. Nous avons effectué une balade nocturne dans les jardins. Guide au top, mais nous étions trop nombreux ; autant dire que beaucoup d'explications ne sont pas arrivées jusqu'à nos oreilles. Nous comprenons néanmoins que celles-ci doivent être rentables. Les quelques points cités ici ne sont que des recommandations d'optimisation. Nous ne sommes pas pour autant déçus de notre venue!

8.0El lugar es excepcional. Está antes de llegar al pueblo de tortuguero, en plena selva. Las instalaciones exteriores están cuidadísimas y el respeto a la naturaleza es total. La habitación limpia y muy amplia.
− Las habitaciones son muy básicas, las ventanas no tienen cristales, solo mosquiteras. Y quizá necesitaría cierta actualización por dentro. En cuanto a las comidas, variedad escasa, aunque cumple.
