The greatest asset of Conrad Manila is undoubtedly its people. They are the reason I would happily return. A special thank you to Gian at Reception, who made check-in genuinely enjoyable. Her professionalism, sense of humor, and warm personality turned a routine arrival into a memorable welcome. The spa was another highlight of my stay. Beautiful facilities, outstanding treatments, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere—easily one of the best hotel spas I've experienced. The real stars, however, were the team at the C Lounge (Supervisor Lady cant recall the name). I enjoy smoking cigars outdoors, so I spent time on the terrace. When I discovered there was no Wi-Fi coverage, the team did everything they could to help. They even offered their own mobile phones as hotspots so I could continue working while enjoying my cigar. That level of service is exceptional. Their kindness, initiative, and genuine desire to help transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into one I'll remember for all the right reasons. The staff are simply world-class.

− It is honestly surprising that a luxury hotel such as Conrad Manila has no Wi-Fi coverage on the C Lounge terrace. In today's world, especially for business travelers, reliable connectivity throughout guest areas should be a given. More disappointing, however, was the follow-up after my stay. Believing I had accidentally left my lpad in the hotel, I emailed the team immediately after departure. Three days later, I am still waiting for a response. When a guest reports a potentially valuable lost item, timely communication should be an absolute priority. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below the standards expected from a Conrad property. My stay can be summarized very simply: Staff: 10/10 – Some of the finest hospitality professionals I've encountered anywhere in the world. Management: 2/10 – The people deserve better systems, faster communication, and stronger operational support. Conrad Manila has an extraordinary team. If management matched the dedication, professionalism, and care shown by its employees, this hotel would undoubtedly be one of the best in Asia.

Excellent high-quality hotel with all amenities at hand. Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms. Staff are always on point, courteous, and helpful. Check-in and out smooth and swift. Evening dinner was included in my choice of room.

− I booked a 'quiet' room but was placed near the hotel's construction area (and noise heard on a Sunday morning). Not a good look - staff smoking outside the bar on level 3. The hotel should have a designated staff smoking area away from guests (my opinion only).
