1.0The staff was nice until the AC didn't work right then they wouldn't switch me rooms did fix the light bulb so Ig that's kool
− The AC the bed the brown water from the shower
in addition, we took pictures of the dead bug on the bed and the stain on the pillowcase.
3.0− We DID NOT stay at this facility! The four rooms ordered were cancelled before the cancellation deadline time. Nonetheless, my credit card was charged for SIX (6) rooms!!!! I have the cancellation email proof, with the date and time of cancellation! Even so, not only was I charged for the rooms, but also charged for two EXTRA rooms, with a total of $417.36 charged, when the original bill would have been $278.23, had we elected to stay. Again, ALL ROOMS WERE CANCELLED IN TIME. I will inform my bank, showing all proof of cancellation, letting them know not to honor ANY of the charges.
Bugs don't bite.

− That I didn't have a bowl. Spoon. Knife. Fork. And definitely I didn't like the bugs
