6.0Location was good, convenient.
− Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The curtains wouldn't close, we had to clip the heavy curtains together with a hanger to block out light. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well, there was hair leftover in the shower and sink from previous guests. The shower also didn't work well, the handle was loose and took a while to heat up. We asked the housekeeper for new towels after the first night of our stay and she said our room would get serviced only every other night, when I responded we'll just go ask the front desk, she pulled out new towels from her cart. Breakfast was served 6a-10a. Went about 8:30, everything was ice cold. They did not refill. A different occupant complained the trash was overflowing, so the attendant just crammed the trash down a bit to try to make space.

− The only minor problem was my wake up call did not happen.
Good decent hotel
9.0Comfortable bed, location, dog friendly, indoor pool, clean, and the staff were friendly specially the guy who was at the reception at that time.
− The chairs in the kitchen is showing age with stains and rips.
