8.0El hotel tiene comodidad regular. Solicitamos cambio de colchón. Solicitamos media pensión para adelantar la entrada y dijeron que no tienen esa modalidad, sin embargo a otra familia le dieron.

10.0Arquitetura incrível. Ambiente agradável. Áreas comuns excelentes. O quarto que fiquei tinha as paredes finas e não tinha muita circulação de ar, mas acho que foi falta de sorte. Café da manhã agradável. Tratam bem os gatinhos que ficam ali e achei isso incrível. Os funcionários merecem destaque, excelentes!!!!

2.0I booked a day ahead and when I arrive, they told me there is no room available but clearly they received the order and the confirmation number but didn’t mention anything to me or prepared anything. After I arrive, I have to call an uber take me to another hotel by myself in the middle of the night. Terrible service and ignorance.
