Kilikya tour with Juliet Tour
10.0I participated in the "Kilikya tour" with Juliet Tur in February and it was a truly wonderful experience. Before the trip, detailed information about the tour program was shared and all my questions were answered. During the tour, the guide was very friendly, professional and caring. Juliet Tur met all our needs and the team took good care of us. We visited different cities, discovered beautiful places, and had the chance to taste delicious local dishes. Everything went well and the tour was very enjoyable. Thank you Juliet Tur for such a wonderful experience. I'm looking forward to attending Juliet Tur's other tours.

8.0Great experience! The food was delicious and varied, and the cocktails were especially tasty. The hotel grounds are green, well-maintained, with many peaceful spots to sit and enjoy the wonderful views. The guest relations team was very helpful and friendly, assisting with all our questions — especially Almina. The hotel organizes a free excursion to the mountains for its guests, which was fantastic — everything was well planned, the views were breathtaking, and the picnic was wonderfully arranged. Cleanliness could be better, and the animation was rather weak — more suitable for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

10.0I'm currently staying here with family and can't fault this hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. We had an issue with the room configuration, but this was the fault of Jet2, I approached management on the reception desk and they sorted it immediately by allocating me another room that was far beyond my expectations. I don't know any names in particular, but the reception team is amazing. Food is excellent, and the drinks are some of the best we've had at AI hotels. The cocktails bar is brilliant and worth a visit.
