− Electricity cuts, lack of transparency and misinformation.
It's a good place to stay and eat your meals. The food is excellent and the place is clean.
10.0I wanted a hotel that had a good restaurant because in the USA, that is rarely the case. I ate all my meals at the hotel and even had room service provide me with Tunisian specialties such as loup de mer grilled fish with potatoes and rice. Frankly, I was tired of eating frozen fish in the USA, so while I do come to Tunisia to visit family, I also come for the hospitality of a hotel such as Les Berges du Lac.
− There was nothing I didn't like. I liked that there was a hair dryer, lots of places to plug my various electronics in, and a 24 hr receptionist desk. I had locked myself out of the bathroom and called the front desk at 4 am. The receptionist kindly came up in a matter of minutes and unlocked my bathroom door. He wasn't at all cross with me for being that silly.
