− Kleine, einfache Zimmer, welche nicht sehr stilvoll/geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind und wenig Komfort bieten. Für den Preis finde ich die Unterkunft etwas zu teuer.
Beautiful location and staff needs training to make ALL color guests feel welcomed.

− Staff (one person especially) was very rude- he insisted that we had taken 3 mugs - apparently mugs go missing from the hotel. We took our tea outside in one small and one big mug. His behavior was uncalled for and unacceptable.

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance so that the free shuttle service from the train station can be arranged. The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November- April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October). A reservation in advance is mandatory.
Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property.
