Nothing reality stood out

− So first of all the Villa was way back and you had to walk for about 5 minutes to get to the Villa from the main entrance. The walk to the Villa is very steep. That is not even the off-putting part. The pool water was cloudy. The server had to manually put a pipe in the pool to keep the water moving. The weirdest part about the whole place was that the toilet was downstairs and you had to climb the stairs to go to the first level for the bedroom. The light in the patio did not work. It was so disappointing and uncomfortable that we had to book another Villa and leave this villa the same night and ended up paying for two different places. We will not be visiting again

We regret for staying and spending our valuable two days here

To start, the staff were lovely and the breakfast too. I ended up cutting my stay short as the loud noises at night kept me up and i couldn't rest.

− I was placed in the furthest house, which had an open plan - meaning no walls outside apart from the bedroom (upstairs)and the bathroom(downstairs). Kitchen was fully open to the elements and so there were a few critters and animals walking around there any time. The bedroom was upstairs with very narrow stairs that kept moving under me and i felt a little uneasy. There was a wasp nest close to my room- was removed when i asked- but as such i ended up leaving after 1 night

I Arrived as a Guest… and Left in Tears!

I stayed here for 15 days, and I honestly felt emotional leaving..I was in tears on my last day. Amy and Yoga are a beautiful couple, and they made this stay something I will never forget. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed not just as a guest, but as a person. Amy is always smiling, warm, and caring, and her delicious Thai food made every meal feel comforting and full of love, like home in a foreign place. Yoga deeply cared about my safety as a solo traveler. That sense of protection meant everything to me..knowing someone was genuinely looking out for me, checking in, and making sure I was okay at all times gave me a level of peace I didn’t expect to feel while traveling alone. What touched me the most was how far their kindness went beyond hosting. During Galungan Day, they didn’t let me feel alone at all. They invited me into their home, brought me to their village, showed me around, and included me in their traditions. Amy is the sweetest, she even gave me a Balinese outfit to wear that day. Everything was done so naturally, so generously, and with no expectation of anything in return. I’ve traveled through 7 countries in the last 5 months, staying in an average of 2 hotels per country, and I can honestly say this is the most meaningful and beautiful stay I have ever experienced. Their kindness didn’t just meet expectations.. it completely surpassed them and left a mark on my heart.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation near Ubud. While it’s located slightly outside the busy center, it’s still very easy to reach and actually the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The property itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and incredibly peaceful. The restaurant deserves special mention — the food is exceptionally good, truly some of the best I’ve had. The breakfast is also excellent and always a great start to the day. What really made this place special, though, is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owners are incredibly kind and genuine, making you feel at home from the very first moment. Everything is handled in a very relaxed and uncomplicated way — I was even able to extend my stay spontaneously without any issues. As a solo traveler, I felt especially comfortable, safe, and well looked after. This is truly the perfect place to arrive in Bali, settle in, and ease into the island’s rhythm. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic, and heartfelt experience near Ubud.
