− La réceptionniste était impolie et m'a forcée à payer des frais supplémentaires, la nourriture était mauvaise, l'hôtel était inconfortable, il y avait un atelier à côté de l'hôtel, le personnel du restaurant était peu professionnel et le buffet était presque vide.

Disappeared choice
1.0Location only and one staff at reception in the Morning called Mariam.
− 1. The hand strips which will remain during your whole stay as mandatory. 2. Wi-Fi is not connected especially at night 3. AC is not cooling at all and never changed my room due to the full occupancy. 4. The rude staff man at night shift. Not useful for a front office staff
Attention aux annulations de dernière minute
1.0Face à notre désarroi de ne plus avoir de logement (réservation annulée sans raison), je souligne la gentillesse d'une personne en particulier, le monsieur dans le hall (pas de l'accueil) qui a été adorable et a dû avoir pitié de nous. Il nous a gentiment conseillé pour trouver un autre logement. Merci à ce gentil monsieur.
− Alerte, surveillez vos mails 4h avant votre arrivée ! Cet hôtel semble être habitué à annuler une réservation au dernier moment pour récupérer une chambre et la louer plus chère. Très mauvaise surprise en arrivant à l'hôtel que de découvrir que notre réservation avait été annulée durant la matinée. Nous étions en voiture en route vers l'hôtel, et n'avons pas vu le mail de booking à temps pour essayer de conserver la réservation. Le monsieur à l'accueil a été très condescendant (très occupé à compter ses billets devant nous avant de nous écouter) et n'a montré aucune sympathie face à notre désarroi. L'hôtel était complet. L'hôtel bizerta juste à côté nous a sauvé (nos 2 enfants étaient désemparés) et le personnel a été extrêmement gentil.
