Room was ok but small, restaurant was horrible service and quality. Location is nice unfortunately

The restaurant on Valentine's night dinner was horrible service, noise, mediocre food and too high priced for the quality.

− The noise was so high that we had to complain 4 times to the manager and nothing was done. The food was low quality, and we opted not to drink because I was taking medicine, but they charged us for the drink package.

Everything was excellent. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The view is absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area. The location is perfect and very convenient. The service exceeded my expectations.
