Charming, comfortable, and friendly. We will definitely return!
10.0What a charming inn. It is right on a beautiful lake and the views belong in a movie. The staff is super friendly. There are kayaks and canoes with life jackets to borrow. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds were breathtaking. So much character. We will definitely return.
Our hostess was great, she spent time chatting with us. The room was small but had all the things we needed (no mini fri
9.0Friendly staff, you feel at home. This place has character, like a lake house. Beautiful views of lake, I sat and watched the loons and other birds for hours.
− Nothing. But If you are used to sterile hotels, this isn’t that vibe. It’s about the lake.
Beautiful Surroundings
6.0The proximity to the lake is amazing. There was plenty of outdoor furniture and water supplies to take advantage of the view and the lake itself. We were even lucky enough to spot a moose on the property. Staff was friendly and the breakfasts were outstanding. Highly recommend the pancakes.
− The room had poor ventilation - there is one window with an AC unit and the other faces the hallway. The beds were uncomfortable - when we moved at night, we woke each other up because of the sound of the springs. My sheets had stains (I was told they were from rust and detergent) - even if it's sanitary, I don't think brown stains should be at the head of where a guest sleeps. It's off-putting.
