4.0作为一家开业超过4年的连锁酒店，管理的混乱以及硬件的维护之差让人失望。例如: 1) 白天在没有通知住客的情况下于整个花园喷洒灭蚊雾; 2) 洗脸盆下水堵塞, 房内开关反映钝感; 3) 押金因操作失误被扣除; 4) 打车一定要走到门口才有员工愿意帮忙; 下车也不会主动开门等等。虽说费用不高，但作为一家连锁酒店如此水平让人失望。只能说是三星的价格，三星的水平，望极大提高

6.0ホテル内の中華レストランを利用しましたが、スタッフが慣れていないのかサービスが良くありませんでした。 ビールを注文してから届くまで10分近く待たされました。 また出てきた料理は写真と全く違っていました。 ホテル全体の環境は良かったのですが、ソフトの面が２流ホテルでした。

8.0Hotel was beautiful, new, spacious, clean, modern. Buffet food quality can be improved. Hotel guests are smoking everywhere. Loud music at buffet restaurant during dinner. Hotel is a long walk from the main road. Loud music from other room in the middle of the night and staff didn't stop them. Some other hotel guests tried to open my room door for 10min at night.
