9.0Ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit geräumigen und komfortablen Zimmern. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und die Innenstadt sind bequem erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Durch die Lage ist das Hotel ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Swakopmund zu erkunden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

− The bed sheets and the bed were old. The sheets were stained. The room was not properly cleaned.

− The receptionist on night shift was rude and unprofessional in executing his duties. Your rule about the gate that is not allowed to be opened after 10pm, for guests to park their cars, is unreasonable. At the rate you charge per night, one would expect at least secure parking for your car. Rooms are also dark and dated.

− The building is baldly noise isolated ; Very noisy in the morning when staff started the breakfast set up ; impossible to sleep after 6 am.
