− Falta de mantenimiento (grietas en techos y suelos, pomo de la puerta del baño medio suelto, lampara sobre el cabecero sin bombilla), un único enchufe disponible en la habitación (y estaba en el baño), ascensor que llegaba a la quinta planta (la habitación estaba en la sexta).

− El aire hacia mucho ruido y no enfriaba mucho ,el agua salía ardiendo y fría a ratos y al retirar la mesa para cargar el móvil no estaba limpio y eso en muchas zonas....
