− Roku tv couldn't get stations to work and when we got it working the wifi glitched it. Wifi didn't work well had to use dat on both our phones

9.0It was perfect location - close to the boardwalk and beach and a tourist store, walkable distance. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

10.0Everything was clean and new. The owner thought of everything and then some when it came to stocking the place with towels, dishes, soap, and all kind of other things. The rooms were comfortable (beds were excellent). We didn’t spend much time in the living room or using the TV but there was a sitting area and a smart TV. We did visit the pool and the hot tub. Both were clean and well kept. The property had a play set and the owner, seeing that I had my children with me on the trip, put us right near the play set. It was nice to be able to watch them play from the front porch. Location wise you can’t get better. You can walk to almost everywhere in the Cavendish area. We were right next to a haunted house and mini golf. The Boardwalk was with walking distance. The amusement park was also within walking distance. Overall I can’t recommend this place enough! We had a great time thanks to not having to worry about where we were staying.
