Great location and great hotel
10.0Thank you for a great place to spend a couple of weeks with our dogs. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to many eating options, stores and lots of grassy areas for the dogs. The hotel is going to be renovated soon, which it needs to be. It is pretty tired inside (We stayed here 11 years ago when we moved to Ohio) but it is very clean. Right by Cleveland Clinic which is also fantastic. We have noticed traveling that Marriott properties seem to be getting bit tired and dated....time for an update, Marriott!

− They seem to have issues with hot water. We paid almost $1000.00 for 2 nights and had Luke warm water. No towels in pool area.

− First room Had no air conditioning and the second room had no hot water
Second stay there. Would do it again.
8.0Centrally located and good breakfast. Room was upgraded which was a tremendous help.
− One staff member acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. Needed clean towels and it was an inconvenience.
