1.0− A $200 deposit was taken. I stayed in about 30 rooms over the last 8 months. The deposit has always said pending on my account and then the transaction reversed. This time it was processed 2 days after I left. I called and was told it was refunded. Any deposit I had returned happened in a day or 2. My bank does not take longer than a day to process these things. Ive called 3 times and the desk keeps telling me it was refunded but it was not. I believe a mistake was made and the staff has not done anything besides quote what they see on some receipt they made.
Ok for 1 night but would not want to stay for a longer period
