− Getränkeautomaten ,hier wäre es schön wenn auch Bier angeboten würde und nicht nur Jacky Cola,Red Bull etc. Auch die Funktion lässt zu eünschen übrig.
Unser dritter Aufenthalt in der Gruppe war wieder klasse was aber nicht am Hotel lag

Absolute Frechheit gegenüber treuen Stammgästen (Großgruppe) – unhöflich und diskriminierend!
10.0− Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich war bereits 2024 und 2025 Gast in Ihrem Haus. Auch dieses Mal haben wir wieder als Clan mit einer großen Gruppe von mindestens 16 Personen bei Ihnen gebucht. Umso schockierter und maßlos enttäuschter bin ich über das, was ich mir bei meinem aktuellen Aufenthalt an der Rezeption bieten lassen musste. Von professionellem Service kann hier keine Rede sein. Ich wollte mir lediglich an Ihrem Getränkeautomaten eine Dose Gin Tonic holen. Da der Automat in Deutschland steht, war eine Altersverifikation nötig – mein luxemburgischer Personalausweis wurde vom System aber einfach nicht akzeptiert (obwohl das kontaktlose Bezahlen mit der Visa-Karte reibungslos funktionierte). Ich bin daraufhin ganz höflich zur Rezeption gegangen und habe um Hilfe gebeten, weil das Gerät meinen Ausweis nicht lesen wollte. Anstatt mir als zahlendem Gast und Teil einer großen Gruppe unkompliziert zu helfen, wurde ich von der älteren Dame, die dort mit einem Hund saß, extrem von oben herab und patzig abgefertigt. Sie meinte nur im unverschämten Ton zu mir, dass sie erstens selbst keinen Ausweis dabei habe und Alkohol zweitens ja sowieso ungesund sei. Diese belehrende, dreiste und unfassbar unhöfliche Art ist absolut inakzeptabel. Zudem ist es eine absolute Diskriminierung, wenn man als ausländischer Gast mit einem völlig gültigen EU-Ausweis bei einem technischen Problem derart abgewiesen und im Regen stehen gelassen wird. So ein Verhalten ist eines Hotels unwürdig – erst recht gegenüber Stammgästen, die jedes Mal mit über 16 Personen für ordentlich Umsatz bei Ihnen sorgen. Ich erwarte hierzu eine dringende Rückmeldung der Hotelleitung. Unter diesen Umständen werden wir unsere zukünftigen Clantreffen definitiv nicht mehr in Ihrem Haus planen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
