− Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und wurde/konnte während des Aufenthalts leider nicht repariert werden.

− Keine Klimaanlage, nachts Wege nicht beleuchtet darum Weg ins Zimmer kaum zu finden
Die Unterkunft war während des Besuchs des Moto GP am Sachsenring eine gute Basis mit Luft nach oben

− Informationen auf den Zimmern (= 0), Kühlschrank fehlte, Aufzug nicht für uns zur Verfügung, Restaurant ohne Personal und geregelte Öffnungszeiten, Anlage insgesamt könnte gepflegter sein, Mobiliar nicht mehr zeitgemäß und teilweise zu sehr abgenutzt

8.0Die Klimaanlage, Die Aussicht
− Die Wege sind teilweise recht lang, jedes mal wenn man den Parkplatz verlassen will muss man vorher zur Rezeption damit man den dazu notwendigen Chip erhält. Die Hotelordnung wurde nur mangelhaft durchgesetzt, mehrmals bin ich Nachts wach geworden weil auf dem Flur irgendwelche Feierlichkeiten ausklingen gelassen wurden. Rechnung wurde fehlerhaft ausgestellt.
