6.0The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows provided in the room. There was a fan in the room but it was cool enough with just the window open. We ordered a pizza from a shop nearby and it was very good.
− Longer walk to the old town than I expected. The entrance to the car park is very tight - lots of beeping from my car but it was fine. The shower needed some attention as far as cleaning but the rest of the bathroom was very clean.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Görlitz
7.0Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und groß. Das Frühstück war großzügig und super lecker. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es befindet sich ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant im Haus, doch unbedingt reservieren. Gut finde ich die Option, dass nicht täglich gereinigt werden muss, dies spart Nerven der Reinigungsfee, ist besser für die Umwelt und tatsächlich auch für den eigenen Geldbeutel.
− Es hätte erwähnt werden müssen, dass die Hauseigenen Parkplätze 7€ pro Nacht zusätzlich kosten. Da in der Straße aktuell Kanalarbeiten liefen und man nur bedingt parken konnte, hätte man das besser kommunizieren müssen. Wir haben einen VW Crafter H1/L2 mit beidseitig Spiegel einklappen und 1-2 cm Platz pro Seite am Reifen war es möglich hineinzufahren. (Man sollte jedoch sehr gut fahren können!) Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre noch eine kleine Optimierung aber kein Muss.

3.0Pokoj vypadal na prvni pohled hezky designově vybavený
− Personal nema očividně rád čechy, už na recepci nas pani odradila jak reagovala na to že jsme češi.. pote jsme přišli na naš pokoj apartmá a tam to vypadalo hezky ale pak jsme zjistili nedostatky všude špína velke nánosy prachu a pod umyvadlem cize posrane trenky to byl extrem.. tam se asi moc neuklizi takovy bordel jsme nikde na hotelu ještě neviděli.. ten prach se neutiral na nekterych mistech snad nikdy chtelo by to udělat pořadny uklid pokoje je to hrozne..
Mycket vackert stad med välbevarade hus. Bra utbud på restauranger runt Gamla stan.
9.0Välordnat hotell med fina rum. Bra parkering på innergården med hiss direkt upp till rummen. God frukost med mycket att välja mellan. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Promenadavstånd till centrum.
