Could not tolerate the noise from pool equipment so left a day early
3.0Rooms were spacious and well presented visually.
− We were prepared for traffic noise as I had read many reviews. We were not prepared for the continual whining from the pool equipment outside the bedroom window - just a constant metal on metal sound never varying. We asked the staff at the retreat if it could be turned off overnight but they refused, saying the pool was open to the public and had to be maintained. They claimed windows were double glazed for sound but we could see no evidence that was the case. We left a day early as the noise was so aggravating and it significantly altered our planned holiday itinerary in South Australia. The advertised courtyards were not maintained for use, and photos on Booking site quite outdated. All up very poor value for the price.

8.0Most things. Nice location, good swimming pool and very quiet
− Not enough dishcloths , and not enough clean towels for the 3 nights we were there. Shower would only produce hot water 20% of the time as the hot / cold taps weren't clearly marked and of course the deadlocking of the door on the inside needs to be stopped as we had to wait until somebody turned up to unlock it for us.
We enjoyed the spaciousness and quiet of the accommodation.
9.0We didn't meet the staff but our accommodation was excellent - very spacious and quiet. Breakfast food was in the fridge for us to cook ourselves.
− I had trouble working out the stove top to cook. I'm sure I could've phoned the host to find out but we didn't bother.

10.0Great amenities … very responsive hosts and generous provisions. The bed was super comfortable and warm. Recent renovation is fantastic and the bath was great too.
− It’s a little close to the freeeway, so there is a quiet hum of trucks along the freeway at night. That’s the only negative - otherwise everything else was great

NOTE: Pool is booked Mon-Thurs 9am-8pm and Fri 9am-5pm. Outside of these hours guests have full access.
NOTE: Property is in close proximity to the freeway. There is minimal to no noise inside the apartments but road noise can be heard in outdoor spaces.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
